Spot was so prompt processing my claim. It was great to learn pretty immediately how much was covered. It was not so great to see how little was covered, but that’s on me, I suppose as I should know what I am paying for.

Claim submission is super easy, everything can be done in app. And the case was completed within a week. It's easier and faster than expected makes me more confident to keep on buying insurance from Spot.

I got Spot Pet Insurance when my Havanese Poodle was 8 months old. So far, I have used it a few times: when my pet was neutered, for puppy vaccinations, and when he was sick (unfortunately). It has been easy to navigate the website and submit the claims. They are quick to review and reimburse for the things that are covered. They communicate promptly, and so far, I am satisfied with their service. I give them a thumbs up!
