Great policies and customer service
Spot has great plan options to choose from. Their online platform is very user friendly, and customer service has also been extremely helpful. I just had a large claim that they processed and reimbursed within 10 days in line with my expectations based on my policy. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the submission of medical records has been a bit difficult, and dealing with that aspect is not easy when your pet has a serious illness.

Quick Claim Process
I was able to submit my claim online and within a short time the claim was processed and my refund placed into my account with no hassles.
