If I could give zero stars I would. They denied every claim stating they were pre existing conditions and I have proof from the vet that they are not and they still will not reimburse. Filed a complaint with the BBB. I wish I had never purchased this insurance. I had Nationwide previously with another dog and they were wonderful. I was really disappointed because I had heard such great things about this company on social media should have just stuck to what I knew.

Please don’t use this company. Before you start to use, Please go on the Yelp first and take a look at the reviews. I've been used this company for about 5 years and never submit any claim and now I sent a claim for $1300 they denied the claim they’re not going to pay. First month of the plan was $125. After two years, $185 And now, 5 years later.$412.79 a Month. Please be aware OK!! Just remember. The LAW it’s for everybody. Have a nice day.

SPOT pet insurance rules! I easily upload my receipts, and within a week I have my reimbursement in my checking account. It's fast, simple and the best thing I've gotten for my dogs since their chew toys!

The great experience was an easy access for when my dog was sick, took him to my vet, got treatment actually several times and then took a picture of my receipt and submitted it to Spot and got a refund for services once I hit my dogs deductible.
