What can I say about spot the customer service is unmatched. Thank you so much for making an awful awful medical emergency with my dog not be so stressful. Unfortunately he passed but the customer service and their thoughtfulness doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you!

At first I was reluctant...
At first I was reluctant to purchase this pet insurance. I was thinking they would probably look for any & all loopholes to get out of reimbursing me. Not the case! After I spent $3k+ on Penny's vet bills, I waited too long to turn in the vet receipts to them. But they were gracious and reimbursed me quite a bit. Thank you Spot Pet Insurance!

Scam
Scam! They tell you they reimburse a certain way, but when you file a claim, they don't cover anything you are paying premiums for. I pay for a 90% policy, but that is not how they processed our claims. High premiums compared to reimbursement. We are looking into new insurance. I would never recommend this company.

Shame you can’t adjust your annual. Only way you can is canceling and rewriting a new policy, but then anything during the past is considered pre-existing.
