Once they started processing my pets claims they were really fast The only thing I don't like is that I'm unable to change certain policy parameters like increasing the amount covered or up to 90% so less of a deductible because my pets are too old

I love Spot Pet Insurance. I wish my health insurance was this easy to deal with. I recommend Spot to all my pet owner friends. Its easy to submit a claim and the refund process is quick. I sent my claim in on a Monday and received my refund deposited into my acct by Wednesday.

I followed the directions for submitting Zaxx claim and they handled it without any back and forth conversation. I did not have to call, write or email to have my claim settled. Very good service

Exceptional service since day 1! The claim process has been intuitive and filing has only taken minutes to do. My claims have been processed on average within 5 days. When I have had to make contact with Spot, the reps are pleasant and very knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience all around!
