This company is a joke! They denied my claim for a CT that my Labrador needed to figure out what was going on with his right hind leg. My vet sent in a VERY detailed explanation for the reason of my dogs “lameness” that had to do with a probable CCL/ACL tear with a positive sedated drawer test. They eventually did the CT scans and found a herniated disk. He has NO pre- existing conditions related to a herniated disk. Find another insurance company!!!! They will not cover diagnostic tests to actually find out what is wrong with your pet. I’ll be looking for another company to cover my dogs.

The process of submitting a claim was very easy and quick. My claim was processed within a matter of a few days, and my refund was deposited into my account quickly as well. Overall a very smooth and easy process.

Communication is terrible and no response on pending claim. I’m expected to provide entir records for claim. I explained they needed to call the vet and request what was needed
