Spot Pet Insurance is the only pet insurance we’ve only had for our dog and it’s very easy to use and clear with their pricing and policies. We didn’t get insurance until he was as an adult but we are so happy we did when we did as a precaution as he got older and not out of necessity in an emergency.

When I called, the person I spoke to was very patient and helped me understand how to navigate my online process. Which turned out to be extremely easy. And I am not very computer savvy. My claim was processed and paid in a timely manner with absolutely NO problems. Extremely happy with my choice.

I am very pleased with spot pet insurance. Having a large breed puppy there are many unforeseen health issues that could happen, and all of them could potentially be very expensive. So far in a little over a year we've had a couple of vet visits that were outside of a regular well check up. With our 500.00 deductible Spot insurance reimbursed us 80% back. It was very easy to file a claim online the check came a couple weeks after the claim was filed. Excellent customer service.

5 stars! Spot insurance has been nothing but great. Having this coverage has been such a huge relief emotionally and financially. I keep telling every person I know to look into this insurance. My furbaby has been experiencing sudden health issues and we all know that cats hide their symptoms very well. Because of this coverage, I have been able to keep up with my furbaby’s medical appts without delays and know that I will be reimbursed in time to schedule his follow up appt. The best part is that my reimbursements have been processed and deposited into my account in less than 12 days. I’m so grateful and this has been a learning experience for me. The process to file a claim is easy and quick. The website is very user friendly. Spot Insurance advises you as each step of the claim is completed. A complete breakdown of the items covered and those not covered is available on the website. I had my payment direct deposited into my checking account in less than one week after filing my claim.
