My experience has been great. A pet mom doesn’t have time to be concerned about claims when their pet is ill. My claim was processed timely and I’m so glad I have coverage.

Although I wish spot insurance worked directly to pay the vet/emergency vet, their process is really quick and simple to file a claim. Their reimbursement is also very quick. I have had to use the plan multiple times over the last few years for emergency vet services and I have never had an issue. I did some comparative shopping as my plan was up for renewal, and by far SPOT has the best rates and coverage!

Very promptly reimbursed. I appreciate the thought of a phone call offering your condolences. but honestly it just brought it up all over again. Im not saying this for myself. I'm just sharing because I'm sure it affects others similarly.

It’s pretty good insurance. They paid me quickly, but I thought I was supposed to get 80% back and I didn’t.

From beginning to end, my experience reporting my dogs knee injury was wonderful. When I first called with questions, the rep was great and gave me correct information that held up throughout the claims process. I submitted the claim for my girls surgery about 8 weeks after she had it. I wanted to make sure I had all the receipts and that she was in the clear with her healing. (She’s doing GREAT!). I submitted the claim and was reimbursed (money in my account) within a couple days. It was reviewed and processed very quickly! I highly recommend Spot Pet Insurance. Their customer support folks are so kind and professional. They seem like animal lovers - very caring about our fur babies. It’s scary when our beloved pets are seriously injured. They seemed to genuinely understand and showed concern about that. Great people, great organization. And they came through for us - without scratching and clawing to resolution. 💕 I’m so grateful. We added a second pet to our policy, our 9 month old puppy.
