Submitted my claim and it was timely processed.

They have made making claims easy and if there is any question it is very easy to call.

The process of submitting a claim was straightforward, and Spot’s response was prompt. I don’t want to have to use my dog’s insurance because that means she is ill or injured, but I am sure glad I have this policy to help financially if do need it.

Submitted a claim that was denied because Spot transposed numbers on date of service so they said I hadn’t met the deductible when I had. Waited almost TWO MONTHS for this to be corrected and had to call multiple times. Finally got corrected and instead of direct deposit like every other claim they sent me a check by mail so I have to wait even longer. Very dissatisfied and will likely be canceling my plan. I pay way too much to have to fight this hard to get my reimbursement, especially when it was YOUR ERROR! Also, get an email! Working people don’t have time to sit on the phone to keep calling you.

Claim sent claim Tuesday and was finished within 2 days. Very efficient!

On line claims was easy once I figured it out. 2 of 4 claims were processed within 3 days and still waiting on 2 with no response as to the hold up on claims.

They were true to their word of what they refunded to me according to to their agreement. Once all the paperwork was submitted they paid quickly

Don't get spot pet insurance. This insurance company never approve any claim even it is valid and not pre existing. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY IN THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME CHECK THE CONSUMERS REPORT. THIS COMPANY SCAMS THEIR CUSTOMERS.DONT ADD YOURSELF TO THE PEOPLE THEY HAVE VICTIMIZED.
