That my dog started peeing blood went immediately to the vet. Ran tests only a bladder infection thank god. submitted the reciepts online and within a few days was remembersed. all insurance should be this easy.

I’ve submitted a few claims now and they’re always handled quickly and accurately. That makes a good experience, however it does take a long time to receive a check there are some of us that don’t have checking accounts any longer. 😊

I’ve had Spot Insurance for my two rescue dogs for some time and this was the first time I’ve needed to use it. The process was fairly straightforward and easy. As long as my rates aren’t jacked up (or worse, I’m dropped) now that I’ve made a claim, I’d rate the service as excellent.
