Last year I spent quite a bit of time reviewing pet insurance companies. It was no easy feat but am thrilled to have selected Pet Spot for my cat Cali. In mid-January 2026 had to take her to the vet twice. I submitted my claim and received covered reimbursement one week later. Customer service was extremely helpful in assisting me. The on-line claim process was clear and easy to follow. The coverage was exactly as stated within my policy and I am extremely pleased and have peace of mind going forward knowing Cali is covered for future needs. I recommend Pet Spot without hesitation. Takes a long time to reach deductible. Once you reach the deductible, it takes FOREVER to process the claim and pay out.... once the pay out is there, it's more like a coupon rather than insurance.
