I am so glad I went with Spot Pet Insurance. In the first month of having the insurance our 7 month old Basset hound had to be spayed and then she accidently ate a needle with thread. She required emergency surgery. Spot was so easy to file a claim and they completed our claim in one week with a reimbursement to our checking account. I highly recommend this company!

Spot was responsive (quick to respond), diligent (no delays), and conclusive (made a decision on my claim and I immediately received a check). I highly recommend Spot Pet Insurance! I am highly impressed by Spot Pet insurance. My giant schnauzer had to have ACL surgery and the process of submitting my claim, required documents, vet information, etc. was easy. When I had questions, their customer reps have all been extremely helpful, professional and all have asked, “How is Charlie doing today?”. My claim and reviewed and approved in two weeks. I highly recommend Spot Pet insurance!
