They had my dogs claim processed and deposited the reimbursement in my account within four days of the incident, and that includes a weekend! It makes me realize I have the best possible pet insurance for my Frenchie and my puggle!

Spot has processed very quickly all my claims. I fairly got reimbursements which I expected. I truly appreciate the way Spot helped me out. I highly recommend Spot to anyone who needs best coverage for their beloved pets.

Very please with the last claim processes after our dog had allergy testing. They reimbursed a good portion which was a huge stress reliever and testing was necessary as our pup is allergic to many things. Have been disappointed however, with reimbursement for other things like preventive. Vets charge almost $60 now for a visit but spot only reimburses $20 so that really "isnt" 80% reimbursement as they claim it to be. Their turn around time on claims is pretty quick, usually within a week so happy there as well

I guess I would try to make potential customers understand that most things are not covered - that this insurance is for major illnesses in your pet - and for that you are fabulous!
