Been with Spot for 5 years and will stay as long as my Pup is with Me
Spot sent a beautiful card after the loss of my pet that truly touched my heart. I have used Spot for over 5 years and will continue to do so for my other dog. Hassle free claims, good explanations on refunds and benefits, quick payment and always supportive staff.

Reducing coverage.
90 bucks a month only to get less than half back for wellness visits that is too skewed for my liking. Was fine otherwise. Edit: looks like they've made changing it difficult. So there does a star.

Submitting the claims were easy and it only took one week for them to be processed plus 1-2 days for funding directly into my account!
