SPOT insurance responded to our claim…
SPOT insurance responded to our claim with Duncan in reasonable time.You always hope that your pet is safe, but that is not always the case. Knowing we had this insurance gave us some relief.

For first time claim files it is a bit…
For first time claim files it is a bit complicated. I called the service line and they were extremely helpful in getting my claim entered. Reimbursement for my claim was great and fast. I would suggest more help for first time claim submissions would be wonderful. Thank you for everything and to the customer service phone help with real people!

Very Supportive and Fast
Previously I had Many Pets Insurance, and they did not pay me anything and raised my rates. Yoda has fallen pretty seriously ill recently, and Spot has paid our claims fast with no hassle.

So impressed
These past few weeks with Dexter being injured have been so difficult and of course vet bills do not make it any better. So grateful for Spot and making claim submission so easy and fast

They are the worst
They are the worst. They did not cover an ear infection because our dog has a history of skin allergies..this was a fungal infection and she was so miserable… this had nothing to do with skin allergies. They lied and said they called our vet but they did not. This was an ear infection, not an allergy..Otitis…dismissed us very easily. They absolutely don’t give a care about your animal. We wasted our money for the last 5 plus months. Don’t get it, you will regret

Please know that all claim decisions are based on your pet’s medical records and the signs or symptoms documented by your veterinarian. That said, we understand how important it is that everything is clear and accurate. Excellent Help During Kitty Cancer Treatment
I have never had to submit claims until this year, when what we thought was swelling from a toenail injury turned out to be a malignant tumor in my kitty’s paw. I was nervous about having to file claims but Spot has made the process pain free and is helping me to make sure that my kitty receives the best treatment so that he can have the best quality of life moving forward. I am grateful for the help!
