I had a wonderful experience with Spot Pet! They made the experience of getting care for my pet much less stressful because I knew I was covered ahead of time. I really appreciated their friendly customer service team and quick response time.

I found it easy to file a claim and the response letting me know the status of the claim was done in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with my SPOT coverage for my dog.

These guys are great
These guys are great - you send in the receipt from your vet and they respond quickly with the decision to reimburse some of your expenses based on your insurance plan. Easy claim submission process.

Reimbursements are real!
I submitted my vet bills and within 10 days or so I got an update on my account balances. Once deductible was met, I began getting reimbursements directly deposited! I never had pet insurance before, but im so glad I got this insurance for my dog now that he needs surgery.

I had my dog at the vet recently and…
I had my dog at the vet recently and was speaking to other clients. It was then that I realized what lousy coverage SPOT actually has. I pay nearly $200 per month and the annual coverage is less than 5K. Those with Lemonade and other insurances, pay less than $100 and have coverage up to $50K. Something is wrong here.
