DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered Box LAX rib pads for my son. They didn't arrive after two weeks. My son was playing games and getting badly hurt. I emailed customer service (I could not get through on the phone) and explained that we could not buy these pads locally and could they quick ship a replacement so he would not get hurt in another game. Nothing happened. I had to call them and they did not stand behind the order and said I would have to wait for an investigation w/ UPS that could take a LONG time. If they had contacted me sooner I could have ordered from another website regular shipping, but because of their non-response I had to pay an extra $32 to overnight from another site.

Bought shoelaces and they sent only ONE, and the one they sent had no end tip to lace your shoe! Plus they charged $4.00 to mail a 1/4 ounce package! What a rip off

Bought a pair of gloves, tried them on and they did not fit, so we sent them back and they charged a restocking fee. The item was new and unused. Do not shop here you will not get a full refund if you need to return it.

I ordered a proton power unstrung and it came strung which wouldnt have bothered me but i was crap mesh and a horrible job.

I got my stick and gloves couple of days later, due to weather issues in DC, but SportStop.com really tries to help their customers and solve any possible problem. SO happy for my new stuff!!

Love the product. But the week + delivery time was very unexpected

I had placed an order one evening, then realized I needed more of the item, but didn't want to pay for shipping twice. I submitted a second order including all that I needed, hoping I could cancel the first order. I sent an email knowing they were closed, but hoping they would catch it before first order went out. They did, it was much appreciated. I've had positive experiences in the past as well.

I just ordered a lacrosse starter kit for my 6 year old son. The size recommendations and overall value of the package were excellent. Hopefully my son shows the same interest in the sport as he does the helmet ( a little different than the one used in the 80's and early 90's).
