Don’t trust the 4.8 customer reviews they have. The good reviews are 100% “paid” for. While they are very responsive customer service wise which is wonderful and extreamly rare. They are. All in the buisness of making money by any means possible. Mostly by constantly charging shipping on everything, not allowing exchanges and then claiming things were not returned as the customer stated even with picture evidence. Their selection is good but if you have limited funds for equipment, definitely do not order from them because you will go broke unless you know exactly what you need.

I've purchased hundreds if not thousands of dollars form Sports stop over the past several years. It was my "Go to" When I needed something in a pinch or for that special lacrosse gift. The exchange policy blows. My most recent purchase was for UA Rib Guards - A 50 dollar purchase for which I paid 11 dollars to ship them. When they arrived they were a touch too big. No problem, I thought, I'll simply exchange them... Well. You can't exchange anything with SS. You can only flat return the item and then purchase again. So I did... and paid another 11 bucks to have the item shipped. then... I go to my email to look for the return shipping label only to discover that If I want it that it will cost me another 9 dollars. Doh! So when you add up all of the shipping costs for an item I simply wanted to exchange I'll have paid 62% of the purchase price to get it here. Lesson learned. My bad. Its a good company with a bad return policy. There are other options that should probably be explored.

I ordered a proton power unstrung and it came strung which wouldnt have bothered me but i was crap mesh and a horrible job.
