I have ordered many times and everything was shipped quickly, the next day through USPS and packaged in a sturdy carboard box, not an envelope.
Competitive prices. For example, Sig Guy has the cheapest new P365 17rd magazines in the market. Buying through Shopify has worked properly, no problem at all.
Sig guy has provided a wealth of videos that have been extremely useful for a non-gunsmith like myself thus avoiding costly mistakes. The P365 assembly/reassembly videos show how to do it right. Sig Guy came up with clever P365 little tools to make things easier to reassemble the FCU. Make sure to watch how-to videos prior to do it for yourself.
I got great support from Sig Guy. Not quite sure where the negative reviews are coming from, as far as I am concerned, I will buy from Sig Guy again.

Buyers beware
I ordered a part 2 day shipping. I was told the next day that I had to send a Pic of my CC because I am 279 miles away from him. I am not willing to send a Pic of my CC to anyone. I asked for this to be cancelled and refunded and he said this one time he would and if it happened again there would be a transaction fee of 5%. I told him I will not do business with him again because of the hassle. He was hateful in his response so buyers beware of this guy. He has an attitude problem.

Super satisfied
I was looking for parts for my P226 and genuine parts are becoming increasingly hard to find. This time, I was looking for an OEM .357 SIG barrel to pair with my .40 S&W slide. Go try to find one of those now and you'll see the struggle.
Sigguy had it and the price was unbelievable as well, just $129.99. I saw many negative reviews, but I decided I'd give him a chance. I ordered on a Friday with USPS ground advantage and received it on Wednesday. This would only be possible if he shipped it out that same day. Fit and finish is excellent, and it is a brand new factory barrel.
I don't think any of the negative reviews are valid anymore. The bottom line is that sigguy has many sig sauer products that you won't find anywhere else, be it rare OEM factory parts or super premium upgrades made by sig enthusiasts. He's definitely earned a repeat customer in me.

This is from the Sig Guy and the reason…
This is from the Sig Guy and the reason why I will not do business with him and would advise anyone else to do the same. When you own a business, you accept certain responsibilities. Returns are part of that process. You claim to be a small business yet tout on the number of happy customers you have. That is contradictory and makes you sound like excuses is your real business. You have my review of your company, take it or leave it. Your excuses don't go over well with me. You have an opportunity to do better and treat customers like me that may be unhappy with their purchase a better return option than "read the fine print". I wish you and your company luck. You will need it. Reply from Sig Guy, LLC below

Funny how all the fine print caught your eye but the big, bold, red printed recommendation didn’t! It states to add 2–3 days to the USPS timeline for a realistic delivery estimate in TWO different places on the website.
I also wanted to clarify our 20% restocking fee seeing as this appears to be a big issue for you. Like many small businesses, I can't support the 'try before you buy' model used by retail giants like Amazon. It was getting out of control before the policy was implemented. I talked to many other companies in the same space and adopted a practice they were using. This policy helps me keep my prices extremely competitive by ensuring returns only happen when absolutely necessary. As long as the item is in its original, uninstalled condition, you can choose between a full store credit for the 100% of the product or a refund to your card for the product minus the merchant's transaction fee. Again standard practice.
Nobody is blaming USPS. We simply recommend adding 2–3 days to their estimate for a more realistic arrival date. Out of over 100,000 customers on the new website, it’s surprising that you’re the only one who missed that extremely visible notice—it’s highlighted in large red letters right on the homepage and again on the cart page right at the top.
It’s good to hear you had a positive experience with SIG directly. While I’ve had hundreds of great interactions with them myself, I’ve also dealt with the opposite. In those cases, I made sure to accurately identify where the fault actually occurred though. SIG doesn't own FedEx. FedEx was the issue. My issue was with FedEx not SIG.

Sideways
Placed order, received confirmation and advised notified when shipped.
Then it went sideways, I received a gmail pretty much demanding that I photograph my credit card specifically in my hand, image showed showing the security code. I immediately assumed it was a phishing email from somewhere around the globe.
Nope, it was the store owner. He ridiculed me for thinking a hacker could do anything with this? Wow?
This is the definition of phishing. Also, cancelled the order and advised my money would not be refunded.
I looked into it a little bit and of course it is illegal for a merchant to do this.
The site is on Shopify. Has numerous complaints about defective products and no support. Wish I would have read this. Much simpler just to order straight from Sig and won't void your warranty. Glad I didn't put suspect parts into what I have.
For those not sure, look up credit card handling and see if they allow unauthorized, unsafe transfer of credit card data like this.
Sig Guy is disreputable, demands hacker like action for completion of an order which is not only scummy, but very illegal. For all of the ones that have done this and had credit card fraud, your companies will be interested in tracing it back to this.
As example, you could spoof his email, and capture those credit cards if you were a thief. You don't even have to know how to hack to get this guy's customer's cards!

I will continue to buy from him.
He says he will "ship" within an amount of time but doesnt promise arrival at your house that fast. I've experienced as quick as 3 and as long as 6 days when weekend was involved. I've always received correct item but his inventory of various parts, especially small, easy to lose parts, is better than Sigs in many cases. He's not Midway USA with 100 employees so some consideration should be given to that fact. I promise his extremely well made videos have saved me hundreds of $ of gunsmith fees and they are FREE. Take some of these things into account. I'm in Texas, not kin to him, no reason to lie. I'll continue to buy and use what I need for Sigs from him.

Late or Never Delivery
Subject: Urgent: Non-Delivery of Paid Order and Misleading "2-Day Delivery" Claim
I am writing regarding an order I placed on 6/16/2025, for which I paid an additional fee for “2-day delivery.” As of today, it has been one full week and I have not received the order.
In addition, the tracking number provided on the website is non-functional, making it impossible to monitor the shipment’s status.
I contacted your support team via email and received what appeared to be a canned response suggesting that had I read your website more thoroughly, I would have known that deliveries are “often late, if at all.” If this is in fact their policy, it is highly misleading to advertise and charge for expedited 2-day shipping.
