Fast shipping great service and great product

Quick shippers. I received my order of 3 gun scabbard’s and 500 rounds of ammo fairly quick and in good shape. Was lucky as far as the shape of the items though as the large box had a 3 to 4 foot tear in it. Luckily all items were still in it and not damaged as they could have easily been removed through the large tear. It appeared it was shipping damage and could have easily been repaired w/ some tape by the shipper who was FedEx. I hope Sportsman’s Guide will have a long talk w/ FedEx. This is the second time I’ve received an item delivered by FedEx w/ this item being damaged. It was from a different vendor. I would not use FedEx if I had anything to ship!!

I haven't ordered anything from Sportsman's Guide recently but, in the past (15 years ago) I had no problem with them. I still have the wool cold weather gear and make good use of it every winter.

I have made multiple orders with them. I ordered a complete gun, a complete upper and a complete lower. Tons of hunting equipment and thousands of rounds of ammo. I have not had one single problem with them.

I always have trepidation when ordering clothing online and this was no exception. But the 4 in 1 parka was everything described and the one question I had was quickly answered through chat room. The order process was easy to navigate and I was notified when order was placed, shipped and expected arrival date. Exceptional service...

In the last year, I've bought close to 10 guns from them and have been very please with every purchase. The shipping to my FFL holder is fast and never had an issue. I also buy a lot of other items from them. Last week, I ordered a gun case to carry weapons to the range. When it came in, the box looked as though it traveled thru a war zone. Three of the six latches were broken on the case. I called customer service (on a Sunday...which was nice) and within a few minutes, the lady said a replacement would be on the way soon and to leave the busted up one out front of the house and FedEx would be by to pick it up. I didn't even have to print out a shipping label or anything. It was a great customer service experience. My only complaint is they use FedEx instead of UPS. UPS is so much better than FedEx in my opinion. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews on this company.
