Would not drop ship. Been customer for years.NOT NOW !!!!!!

I ordered what was displayed as a right handed pistol holster. It took two weeks to get to Oregon from Missouri, when it arrived it was a left handed holster. We checked the paper work and it was marked left handed holster and there was not even an option for a right handed holster in the online order page. So what they showed in the display, they didn't have for sale. Just trying to dump a product they couldn't get rid of, I suppose. If there was a no star rating for this company, I would look for something less. Disgusted.

If you plan to buy from this company,do your self a favor and run,i purchase 3 Czech Rucksack and description say they are solid canvas ones,and they shipped to me the cheap burlap ones version,obviously they know what they do is wrong ,they advertise as the solid canvas ones and show the photo of the one solid canvas version but guess what you will get 3 burlap cheap quality version Czech rucksack not the canvas Czech version they describe and shown in the photo,we all know that is Bait-and-switch practice,on top of that they basically force me to pay for the shipping from my money to make it look like is my fault,and until today i still not receive my refund for the 3 rucksack i returned,they will not publish your review unless is to their satisfaction,thats not how a real company operate,i will report them to the consumer fraud division for failing to refund my money and for Bait-and-switch practices,i will make sure i will spread the word to all my friends who plan to buy outdoor stuff from this company and i will spread my review to anywhere possible in the media on Internet to warn the potential buyers even if i have to spend 2 hours in day to write negative reviews on outdoor sport public forums,Yelp,Google,Twitter etc.

No rush to ship orders. Been waiting 6 days and still no tracking, i will not be back!

Used the 4 pay option 4x as part of the buyers club membership. My last purchase I had logged on and changed my credit card information for the withdraw of the 2nd monthly payment. Get an email 2 days after payment due date to contact them. They state the card was declined. Ask the card number. Its the wrong card. I give the new card which I ALREADY UPDATED ON THEIR WEBISTE. The next month, SAME THING. Finally I ask WHY all this confusion? Here they had the stupid response of the UPDATED CARD is only for my reference not sportsmans guides. Seriously? So guess what. Now they won’t let me do 4 pay. None of which was my fault. I changed a card number as they allow you to do because my original card was hacked and I closed it. I did what I should as a consumer. I changed my information so they got their monthly payment. And still I get the shaft. And customer service sucks. Never again.

They sent the wrong item, then refused to give a refund. Customer service is nothing but BS runaround. Take your business to another company, you will thank me later. Read the 100's of other negative reviews on other sites. Do not patronize sportsmans guide, or you will regret it! They changed the ad so they could cover up mistake, that is different from my invoice. They refunded money after dozens of emails and complaints. Then tried to blame it on the vendor. The vendor didn't list the ad with the fake number. This company is a scam. Never do business with them again. Spent days fighting with them. If they screw you, tell them you want supervisor NOW, or demand vice president. They will pass you along to someone else. You need to go after them to get a refund, they will fight you every step of the way.

I ordered moccasins and paid for 3 day express delivery. 5 days later, no order. I emailed their customer service and was told they cancelled my order. Why? No explanation, just sloppy business.
