I told SG 5 years ago that I wouldn't be buying anything from them, and to take me off the list, cancel my catalog etc. They got me for $100 for shipping on a gun safe they never shipped. -3 stars

Last year after retiring I signed up for a free thirty day membership, then paid for twelve months. Even though they took my money for membership they credited my father's account and cut my membership several months. He had cancelled his membership after moving in with me. They refuse to give me my own account and show that I bought the guns that he did and I don't have. After contacting customer service several times was told there could only be one account for both of us. We both have different dates of birth. Both have excellent ratings Have been ripped off and they think it is funny. Doesn't every senior citizen need a parent because they aren't old enough for there own account?

They don't deserve one star. Bad news dealing with them. Customer service stinks. Misleading in "Byers club membership" on their web site. They say delivery 3 to 7 days (now its already 9 days and nobody knows where the purchased items are. No way I will be their customer again.

They were great a few years back, but lately haven't got a clue what the hell they are doing, losing loyal customers over simple bs, that's lame, customer service is about useless, 10% off for subscribing to a catalog with a lot of the same old bs over and over, kinda reminds me of a budk knife catalog, only good thing is they make for a good fire starter, I'm canceling this bs, I'll look for my stuff elsewhere, usually find things a lot cheaper too, suck my balls sg

Absolutely one of the WORST merchants I've EVER delt with. They can't get an order right - and - their website is misleading and WRONG - and they are NOT customer centered.

I ordered some product, service rep told me that items would be shipped that day and would arrive in 3-5 business days. 5 days later I received an email stating it would be an additional 7 days. 7 days later, no product...still waiting! Will never order from them again.
