Ordered an item over a month ago. After a month of silence I reached out to customer service (had to wait 3 days for a response) only to be told that the item was not in stock. That's not what their ad said... They want me to wait months for an item they very quickly took the money for, or cancel and pay a 15% restocking fee for an item that could still be on the production line. Absolute scum.

Placed an order on 3/25 and here we are now at 4/16. The phone call center is not operating at the current time and if you send an email the response is computer generated and am getting nowhere. Extremely frustrated with their lack of communication and there is no reason that in 3 weeks my products have not shipped. Will not be buying again.

There add said m15 gas mask and filter (new) what I received was not even refurbished it was a piece of junk not worth 1- dollar I paid $98.99 for the junk and the add said no return please stay far away from this company it is false advertising and theft

Sending junk stiff. Not what's advertised. Condition of their product not always as advertised. Customer service is a joke. Removing honest reviews from their website. Refusing to replace junk.

Ordered the item four weeks ago and according to website this item is still not shipped. Sent email a week ago asking for status and no response received. But did receive an email requesting a product review. Left a bad review and today received an email stating that my review had been rejected but still no response to my status request...lol

I tried to place an order I did not have no password. I tried to set one up but I could not. I tried to call and talk to someone about it I also emailed and got nothing but a big run around. They took my money out for renewing my membership but now I can't even order anything.

Took forever to ship. Sent half my ammo order in two weeks. They forgot the other half and it didn't arrive until a month later. When it finally arrived, it was 55 grain instead of 62 grain. That was 2000 rounds of the wrong grain they sent. VERY upset about this. Don't go through these guys. Better to spend a little more and go through a more reputable and reliable supplier.
