Sportsman's GuideReviews of sportsmansguide.com

There have been Multiple times now that I’ve ordered products with future ship dates posted and not only were they changed after purchasing, they were changed by MONTHS!!! Absolutely terrible company to deal with and will not be purchasing from them again.

I found a sought after item in stock at their site, and ordered online. But 3 weeks later nothing had been sent. Emails to customer service were ignored, and they don’t answer the phone. I was finally able to reach a human on the phone and cancelled the order. It had not been processed at all in 3 weeks Pathetic.

The worst club to be a part of. We pay to be a part of this club and they don't even give us up to date inventory to choose from you wouldn't know if your going to get the product you choose until they downloaded your order meaning they don't know their selfs if they have the product

I have been charged $162.98 on April 27th for the purchase of the case of canned chicken. I have not gotten any response and am concerned that I may have been ripped off. So far, I've just gotten the auto-response but no actual answer. I just want to know, am I actually going to receive what I ordered or shall I pursue a refund?

I would give them zero stars except it is not an option. I ordered 500 rounds of 223 on March 22. At that time their website said 2 - 3 day delivery, then I get an email that says 7 - 10 days, then after that passed, another email saying April 24. On April 28 I ask where the shipment is and am told the new delivery date is June 12, but to quote an email from Savanna, "dates is never a promised date". These people have no concept of customer service. I am canceling my order and asking for all my money back.

Never buy anything from this company. They are scam artists and will steal your money. I ordered a tall ammo can for tool box and it was never delivered. No one will answer phone or refund my money. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!! SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I have emailed you several times and I'm really getting mad because you won't respond. I placed a order on March the ninth and it was but on hold but you refuse to tell me when I will get it.I paid for it,I demand an answer

Wrote customer service multiple times about the address not being correct and was told to contact FedEx to change the address. Contacted FedEx and was informed that the shipper had put a restriction on the package and only they could do it. Emailed sportsman's guide again asking them to please update the shipping information. Still no answer back from them on that. So packages are now sitting at FedEx more than likely going to be returned to the sender. Already informed Sportsmans Guide that my bank will be called for fraudulent charges seen as they are unwilling to keep up their end of the deal. It's like pulling tooth and nail to get any GOOD customer service from them. On top of all this, they charged me 2x on my 4 pay order and took out all my discounts therefor charging me full price for everything. Also, they sell items they don't even have in stock and expect you to wait around for months. Just a scum of the earth company and will not do business with them ever again. Anybody who reads this please stay away. I went off of old reviews hoping that they'd still be as good but surprise they are not and now I'm paying the price.
