Had my subscription for 2 years I was able to use 4 pay 2 times most of the time was denied for no reason no worth it worse experience and website so far.

They charged me extra for expedited shipping and they didn’t deliver as promised. Honestly a terrible company, unreliable, and I made a request for a refund and still have had no luck.

Watch out for the signing up membership to get a discount. They where billing me $49 Dollars a month for the Membership. I thought I was doing a trial Membership. They won't answer the Phone. They say because of covid-19. I say Bull, If you can take my Money you can answer he Phone.

I ordered 500 rounds of Fiocchi ammo through gun deals.com in the middle of March. I’ve ordered through gun deals.com before and never had a problem and that’s where Sportsmens guide.com was advertising this deal. It was a back order deal but it was a good deal and I was in no rush. my delivery date was set for the end of April but then it kept getting pushed out a couple weeks at a time and now at the end of May they sent me an email asking if I wanted to cancel the order or remain on backorder. I’ve waited this long so I might as well stay on back order. Now it’s June 4 and I check my order status and it says order canceled. No communication one way or another. They advertise this deal so you would expect them to deliver. Y’all can make up your own mind but this is the first and the last time I will deal with this joke of a company!

4-PAY payments scam. I ordered 2 orders using the 4-PAY plan. I had used a different credit card for the 2nd order and switched THAT card to be my primary card on the account. When one of the 4-PAY orders came due, they charged the secondary card and it declined. I emailed customer service after the incident and they never responded. However, my primary card was charged for the payment and the web site shows BOTH that it was paid on time AND that there was a problem with the payment. They are now calling me every day to tell me the payment was declined (even though it was paid). When I try and call back I am put on hold for over TWO HOURS and then disconnected as soon as a person picks up. I have emailed them with zero response. And I am never around when they call me to try and collect the payment I already gave them. Worst customer service possible. I have no idea how this is going to be resolved as it seems they will be coming after me for payments I have already made and probably try to over-charge me for the order at this point. They have made it impossible to reach a human being on the other side in any way, shape, or form. BUYER BEWARE. I hope this and the thousands of other messages on here show people what a SCAM this company is.

Oh and after submitting this review which I was glad to do so they sent me an email saying my response doesn’t meet their guidelines. SO BEWARE OF THE REVIEWS AS THEY ONLY PUBLISH THE ONES THE CHOOSE TO PUT ON THEIR WEBSITE. This was my experience. First, it would have been nice to know the items was on back order before the entire transaction goes through. After the the transaction it turns out the product was on back order for 3 months. They sent me an email asking if I wanted to cancel the order so I agreed and asked for that to be done. Three months later they automatically took the transaction out of my account and shipped it within minutes stating they couldn’t stop the order and I would have to pay for shipping to send the rounds back and foot the bill. The entire transaction seemed shady. Word of advice don’t use your everyday credit card to make a purchase. Use a credit card from 7-11 because if the item is on back order and you let them know you don’t want to wait for 3 months and rather purchase it else where they will automatically withdraw from your credit card. I say use a 7-11 one because you can simply spend the money elsewhere and through the card away after a zero balance. Also, they have NO ONE IN THE CALL CENTER. All correspondence is done through email which they wait up to a week to respond to. This is just one site that sells cheap ammo at bulk. Use someone else.

They had a good deal on bullets and because they were able to raise the price they ended up canceling my order after waited 2 months. They tried to get me to buy it at a higher price. I will never buy from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Bad customer service and they will hang up on you if they don't agree with your request on an update on your deal.

I ordered 2000 rds of Wolf 9mm ammo for $275....I waited 2 months. In the meantime Covid hit and ammo prices went way up. So they cancelled my order priced at $275. And then invited me to re-order them at $385. I dont care what anybody says...thats crooked. And I wont order from a crooked company ever again. Oh and they refused to give me a refund on my buyers club after cheating me.
