Bought ammo which was marked "in stock". Promised delivery June 9th. It's now 3 weeks late. No tracking number. No info on who they used to ship. Link within email to "check your status" links to empty page. Emailed to which their auto-response said they would give me an answer within 32 hours. Never received. Called them during business hours and agreed with automated message to call me back the next day at 12. They did not. Called again, this time could not even get an automated scheduling response.

Bought an item and once billed told me it's out of stock. One minute later, they informed me that they would credit my account. In the meantime, I purchased the item from another site. Three days later, charged my card WITHOUT PERMISSION, sent the item and they would not accept a return. Poor, to say the least, customer service and I would say don't go here as there are plenty of outdoor sites to chose from other than Sportman's.

Ordered a tactical vest appearing to be in stock, after ordering said that was out of stock. That was june 3rd, as of today july 21st is still out of stock. Email them 3 times with no response, called customer service and got a recorder saying that will get back with me at 2:00 pm and still no call. They got me for $45 vest and the membership fee. Not an honest company.

Ordered 9mm ammo from web. Only after paying for it did they tell me it was not available until NOV. Sent THREE emails to their customer NON service and was told they would get back in 32 hours.Still waiting days later. Have disputed on credit card. Will cancel my mom,bership and never buy from them again. Its not like their prices or service are that good anyway

Scumbag company, I placed an order for some ammo they said was in stock, then they put it on backorder and said it always was on backorder. Then they freaking extended the backorder, and I agreed to still get it. Then, they cancel it on me without telling me! There are plenty of sporting companies out there, don't waste your time with these guys. I'll never spend another dollar there again.

After placing an order with these people, a week ago, they refuse to respond to my inquiries. They don’t answer their phone. There is no mechanism to leave a voice Mail message. My repeated emails that I have sent all immediately get a robo response saying they will get back with me in 32 hours. I want to cancel my order, but there is no way to do that. Heaven help anybody that has a warranty issue.

Terrible customer service. Was promised a return in under a week and was never returned. I ordered ammo and suddenly it was put on backorder after 6 weeks without any notice. Customer service did nothing about it and I had to contact credit cardholders to take care of it.

Bought ammo they said was in stock the confirmation email says it was back ordered. After 6 weeks i ask when it will ship and they cancelled the order. Take your money else where.
