On Sept. 6th, I order a gift card for my grandson in Virginia to be emailed to him. He never got it and I was told that the order had been cancelled. I ordered it again on Sept. 13th and again he never got it. I've called three times since and each time was told there was a higher than average call volume so they would call me back and they never did. What's wrong with you people? Your customer service is non-existent.

I signed up for a free trial of the membership and got charged $50 days before my trial was even finished. I saw the charge in my bank account, received the "order confirmation" email from them, and logged into my account only to find no record of my membership. When you try to checkout they add a $10, 90-day membership to your cart apparently even if you already paid $50 for a year membership days before. Now I am stuck fighting with the company to either add the membership i already paid for and that the acknoweldge i paid for or refund me my money. Neither of which they have done, even after telling me it had been fixed. Never give this company any of your money. They are a bunch of scammers. I hope they know how horrible people they are.

I ordered a pair of snake boots with overnight shipping but this is day two with no updates from them or anything. Go to cancel order and they want to charge me $7 for return label on an item that hasn't shipped. Call the number and no one answers just a recording saying due to high call volume they cant receive calls. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL. I NEVER WILL AGAIN.

This "business" worth name "Scammer's Guide". They selling thingy which are not in their stock and THEY DO NOT WARNING YOU ABOUT THAT. Just after purchase you can find out your delivery time is 2-3 months. For that time they will charge you for a member fee if you was so naive to get their membership trial. After that they will most likely change price of that item (because they did not charging your card just after the order) and then propose to you 2 ways: buy with new price or cancel the order. Many people here described that situation. And after that you will understand that they fu..k you up... Don't have a deal with them. I regret that I did not look to these reviews before my purchase.

I was sent the wrong items I immediately called I was asked to send photos which I did. I was given a email address to send them to. I was told they received the photos and would contact me the following day. Never happened. Now when I email them I recieve a message telling me they are rejecting my emails I wish I would have read these reviews. 81 percent negative

Same as many others. My order was on backorder. They then pushed it out another month. Then email and say rest assured your order is in line to ship. Then they cancel it with no communication and when I asked about it they said I didn't respond to their email. They never sent one to respond to. Beware!!!

I have had a harrowing experience! The Military Exchange system should ban them from selling on their site. I ordered two items in stock twenty-two days ago and still have no delivery date or status. "Sportsman's Guide"?I had what I consider the absolute worst experience in ordering on the web for a pistol from this company.I ordered it through their protocols and all seemed OK,then my order was given the status of "Order Being Shipped",then I wait,and wait.Three weeks pass.I consult to see what the delay is or to find out if there is an issue to be addressed.Then the next day my order status became "Cancelled" with no apparent reason.I then text to find out what happened only to be informed that my order was cancelled since I was missing information they required.If that was the case,how is it that my order was in the "Order Being Shipped" status?There is no process in place to resolve order issues through E-mail or phone calls.The company is an awful business of lies,deception and fraudulent transactions.I do not recommend them to anyone. .
