Horrible. I've been shopping here for awhile until now. You simply can't get your items. They will gladly take your money right away but weeks turn into months on just getting your items out of their warehouse. Unfortunately I have to say go with Amazon

ordered ammo it came in at a price they didnt want to let me get away with so they claimed ammo was bad and canceled order-if they canceled it and sent it back to maker-why is it now in stock and available at a higher price? Texas sued one company for this and won-come on Texas-do it again.

Found a $125 charge on my credit card for something I did not buy. Called their customer service number. The woman was a complete idiot, she refused to see if the item was ever delivered to me and she refused to issue me a credit. Told me to call my bank. What a scam!

I can't believe so many people have had the same experience. Got a gift card for Christmas, placed the order and it was cancelled without notification and they didn't they refund the $75 until I called customer service. Placed the order the second time, checked status. Has Not Shipped, verifying address? Come on really. Now they don't even respond to the customer service line and it just hangs up on you. They do a great job marketing with relentless e-mails and catalogs. Maybe they should put more effort in selling and shipping product and oh, how about some customer service. Sounds like they are about to go bankrupt. STAY AWAY!

Terrible purchasing experience. I placed an order online and two weeks later no product had shipped. Called talk to a customer service representative she said the order had been cancelled but My money was not refunded. She placed the order a second time in two weeks later nothing had shipped. Bad place of business.....

Second time I purchased a firearms from SG and probably last. Firearm arrived on time however they say free shipping but charge a handling fee of $14 for the firearm to be shipped and to make Mather worse I subscribed to the membership to get the 4 payment and they did charge the FULL amount on the card. When called the response is "sorry nothing we can do about it" As the owner of a Firearm training school and after sending students to SG over the past four years, I found this practice malicious and unprofessional.
