Sportsman's GuideReviews of sportsmansguide.com

I had ordered 1000 9mm in July 2020, got back ordered, supposed to be here at end of August, then moved to october then December then January them February and just got a cancelled order notification via email but they have been selling the ammo for over $800.00 my order was a little over $200.00. said they emailed me and I didn't respond.....they are full of BS !! They are greedy knowing they can make more because of what's going on today. I will NEVER do business with them again! And don't recommend anyone else does.

XL is medium L means small Like New means damaged . Send back a return and they still keep your$$$!!!!

The worst scam!!!!!!!!!! Beware !!!!!!!!

I bought some muck boots back in January from their site and they put it on back order a month after I ordered it. And as time went by they kept changing and pushing back the delievery date. After waiting for almost 2 months I said to hell with them! For now on if I'm buying boots its either gonna be bought off Amazon or in a store (Tractor supply, ASC, etc.)

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Worst customer service ever. Still did not complete an order placed in August 2020. No effort to make good on the order even though I talked to customer service. Would give MINUS 5 stars if I could.

If I could give them Minus 5 stars, I would !!! Ordered product that they advertised and they never shipped it! Yet they are charging me for the $600 purchase. I called and got zero explanation, just the run around! been waithing 5 months!

They will ask you to sign up for membership for 3 months ($9.99) so u can get discount when purchasing and they will tell you your items will be shipped after 3 months exactly so you will be forced to renew the membership to keep the discount for previous purchase(since they don’t charge you until the item is ready to be shipped).

Worst Online Retailer Experience in 25+ years Sportsman's Guide will absolutely bombard you with junk emails asking you to buy cheap chinese made surplus equipment. This causes an issue if you have ever back-ordered something. You become numb to the barrage of emails and miss the important ones. I have been waiting for multiple backordered items for over 6 months. Periodically SG would email me asking if I wanted to cancel the items. If you do not respond, your order will be cancelled. Apparently I missed one of these emails (they are sent per-item, so if you have 10 backordered items, you'll get 10 emails hoping* you'll cancel) *Hoping, because the item ordered has increased significantly since placing my order. SG can now sell the item at the 3x higher gouge-like pricing today. Someone out there will be getting the items I've waited over half a year for, and at a much higher price. I emailed customer service and was basically told to kick rocks. A 6 month setback when I've passed up other opportunities to obtain these items, thinking that Sportsman's Guide would take care of a member of their Buyer's Club. They did not. The Buyer's Club is a complete waste of money. Spend your money elsewhere.
