***Do not order from this company***I ordered my ammo on 11/5/20 and have yet to receive it. I keep on getting emails that it’s on back order! I’ve emailed them a few times and the customer service is very rude and they don’t care.

been usin them for years when gary olsen had this co it was great. good pricing and club membership was worth every penney. this co is garbage ordered a 17 mach 2 rifle on 4 pay plan was charged 1st payment gun was never shipped when i asked where it was order was cancelled took forever to get my money back. when my membership expires i will not renew

Sportsman's guide is a farce! Their website shows many products, but about 90% of those products are out of stock. If there is an item in stock it takes far too long to receive it. That is if they actually ship the item you purchased. I bought a couple of items that I had to eventually cancel because those items never were shipped and the feedback I got, was the shipping date had been moved back 6 months. Unacceptable!!!!

Sportsman Guide sold me an item which did its job, but was way overpriced. I left feed back explaining the good and not so good. This company would NOT post my review, they only post what they want. This happened 12 years ago. I will never buy from them again! BEWARE they are shady!

Their website isn't live. I bet their backend looks like it's 1999. They're hilariously outdated, and it's way too easy to order products that aren't in stock. Very poorly designed and maintained, I could do better while drunk. Pathetic.

Looking for 9mm Ammo, went online, found Sportsman's Guide had Magtech, 9mm, FMJ, 115 Grain, 250 Rounds Item # WX2-620528 IN STOCK Quantity1 Price$169.99. After completing the purchase, giving them my personal info & Credit Card info, the purchase WAS COMPLETED - OR SO I THOUGHT! When I got the Email Receipt, come to find out THEY NEVER HAD THE PRODUCT IN THE FIRST PLACE - THEY PUT ME ON BACKORDER!!! Deceptive & Unethical! Never Again! FALSE ADVERTISING!

Don't buy anything from these guys. When even the supervisors lie to you it's a bad company. I received my magazine after going through hell with them. But my lawyer told me to leave everything in the boxes and don't even open the magazine boxes. Just incase the rifle is defective. Said he'll be done going to court for a big case and will start on mine against these guys on Friday. I already snap shotted all the bad reviews on them and emailed them to my lawyer for the strees they caused to my ptsd.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!🤬 They are a true rip off! I ordered an indoor fireplace and they didn't send everything that was suppose to be included. When I called they said it's on back order, understandable during the time I ordered. Come to find out it wasn't back ordered, THEY CANCELLED THE SHIPMENT AND DIDN'T TELL ME!!!! Then, I cancelled my membership shortly after I ordered and 3 months later they charged me $50 for the membership!! In my account THERE WASN'T A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD ON FILE, they charged me from what I used for my purchase WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE!!! The customer service lady was rude and bitchy!! She straight up said that my concerns weren't her issue and she got what I wanted taken care of!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER ORDER FROM THEM!! 😠😡🤬
