If i could leave zero stars i would. After making someone buy a membership to purchase something was nuts, but i did it anyway. i purchased a upper for a AR the first of january. Then within a week i gat a email saying its backordered, but wasnt a huge deal. In march i get another email saying its still backordered but if i wanted to cancel i could or if i didnt respond it would stay as it was. Then th middle of April came around and i inquired about it and they said because i did not respond that my order was canceled and could not be reinstated. With that being said i will never purchase anything from them and i will strongly encourage everyone else to do the same. Michael Fitzgerald

I cancelled my membership and will never spend a nickel 2 months to try and get a problem straightened out they have hundreds of complaints spend your money somewhere else

As mentioned, almost a year to get product after order, but during the wait, they were selling the exact item at a much higher price to others. I believe that half their reason to exist is to have you get one of their credit cards, so that no matter what you buy or where you buy it they are making money.

WARNING - BBB rating 1 star with over 500 complaints. I placed an order with them on June 15,2020 and was told shipment would be delayed. They sent notice that shipment would be first of September 2020 and did I still want the item to which I replied Yes. September comes and nothing, so I log in to my account and find order cancelled. After back an forth with "customer service" they reissued the order and promised delivery by December 2020. December comes and I get notice my order won't ship until January 2021 and did I still want to wait to which I responded yes. January comes and the same thing happens with May 5, 2021 delivery date. May arrives and nothing. Log in and order cancelled even though they have the item in stock. Lousy and untrustworthy company.

Piece of crap company! I have been patiently waiting for my ammo that was on back order since sept 5th 2020! Been answering to all the “immediate response actions needed” out of no where they just cancelled my order. How convenient! Never again will I trust in this company specially if they are offering you anything in back order!

I ordered 1000 rounds of ammunition back in july 2020 but until now i still didn’t received my ammo. They keep on changing the dates and called them multiple times but the only thing they can tell me is we don’t change the date but the company of the ammo does. I just cancelled it today without any conpensation and the guy that i talked to just said okey here’s your money back bye. What a joke.

Placed order a year ago. They backordered my items. They continue pushing the backorder date even further and also keep canceling my order. I have to complain for them to reinstate it. I've checked the website and saw the ammunition I bought for sale for 3 tines the cost at one point. They are actively not shipping their backorders and instead selling it on their website. They are liars and theifs

Unscrupulous at Best!!! I paid my 'Membership Fee' to join and ordered several hundred rounds of ammunition on June 22nd of 2020. I've been waiting on ammo ever since. Sportsmansguide.com continues to claim the ammo is on continuous backorder, however, they have raised the price of the same exact ammo on their website to reflect current market pricing. They simply don't want to honor the price sold to me while they can get three times the price currently. What a bait-and-switch scam they're running!!!
