I recently opened an account and joined the buyers Club to benefit from some deals they had. In the process I opened a credit card account with them. Big mistake. I paid my account off in full at 9:00 PM on the due date. Turns out the cut off is 6:00 PM. Because of that I was charged a $35 late fee. Thinking I had already paid it off completely I didn't bother worrying about watching for the next months bill. Big Mistake number 2. So they charge another $35 late fee plus interest on the first fee and I find out I owe $73 for missing a deadline I wasn't aware of by 3 hrs. The lady I talked to was very polite the whole time she charged my bank account the lone shark fees that had accumulated because their cut off is 6:00 PM instead of midnight like most businesses. She was even polite when I cancelled all services and informed her how displeased I was. Never once taking into account the few thousand dollars i spent in the past 90 days. Well hope they enjoy the $73 they got from me for paying my $89 account in full 3 hrs late. It will be last time.

Bought Browning seat covers in February and now after the very first wash they fell apart. SG only had a 90 day warranty for these seat covers, DO NOT BUY these seat covers. SG and Browning all refer you to the manufacturer SPC for help, no help was offered.

Do not do business with this company. I ordered a firearm from them and had it shipped to an FFL dealer they put the wrong address on there so I was not able to pick the gun off and had to ship it back to them I got charged $40 to return it and then they charged me a 15% restocking fee what a joke. Their customer service was really rude to me and pretty much told me to go screw myself. I was also a member of their stupid club paying $60 annually a lot of good that did.

Bought few items in the past without any problems. However, it is being a full year and I am still waiting on an order placed online and when I placed the order there were quantities available to be filled. I guess they sold it to someone else. They had been moving forward the delivery time 3 times... I do not know what kind of inventory system they have, but it is not customer-friendly. Maybe I get my order fill-up when the prices come down. Again, there is no reason for the delay, since the order and my money were taken when there was inventory on hand as shown on their website...oh well...

I ordered 3000 rounds of 45ACP back in August of 2020, it's been on backorder until recently. They called me stating that they needed an physical address before they could ship it. I tried calling them and no one answered. I logged into my account and switched my address there. A few days go by and they canceled my order and didn't even try to notify me of this. I called them a few times and waited over anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour on hold. They have a service that they will call you when it's your turn to speak with a representative, but I've waited a week for that call. I emailed them and they said they couldn't see the info on my account.... I find it weird because that's how they got the new updated address that was a po box. I'm still waiting on my refund. Overall, they are a shady company and have lousy customer service.

I bought a mossberg patriot 308.It was pure junk.Had to send it back to mossberg for a new barrel.The barrel was bored crooked.Basically once sportsmanship guide sells you a gun they are done with you.It cost me 55 bucks to send a brand new rifle back to mossberg.The topper is every time I give the rifle a bad review they take my review down.They want people to buy junk because that's what they sell.I hope no one bought their body armor. It would be too late to find out its defective.

I've been trying to get a refund for MONTHS! They keep pawning me off onto other companies. Now they're saying it's PayPal's fault. Awful people.

Do NOT PRE ORDER from this company. Been well over a year I been waiting for my 9mm ammo. They have it in stock but because they are selling it for more then double they refuse to fill my pre order. I'm locked in at 180 for 1000 rounds I will not cancel. But I recommend to everyone go somewhere else. You can get it faster and cheaper almost anywhere beside here.
