This is another story of terrible customer experience and lies. I ordered a crossbow from them and paid for overnight delivery to make the season opener a week later. The item wasn't even processed until two days later and when it was the tracking advised of 7-day delivery. I called to advise I paid for expedited overnight. Instead of correcting that, they credited me $10. I was then told they would take measures with FedEx and it would arrive in 3 business days. Here we are at the 7-day mark and I still don't have it. The season opener is tomorrow and I'll miss it with my son. In addition, the product is at a location less than an hour from me. FedEx will allow me to pickup but only if the shipper calls them to release it. Sportsman Guide refuses to make it right. Their solution was to buy it locally from someone else and return theirs. Garbage company clothed in lies. Stay away.

Not even deserving of one Star. Pretty much what happened to everyone else happened to me. Ordered ammo at sale price only to never receive it. Kept getting email wanting me to cancel. Wished I would have read the reviews first.

I had a order from July of 2020 that I never got. All I got was this item has been back ordered and a new ship date. This went on for a year. I can’t help that the price of ammo skyrocketed, but from a business point of view they sold me the items at one price and because the price on their end went up they didn’t want to take the loss, so they kept saying the items were back ordered. This was not true because you could go to the web site and find the items, just more expensive. I’ll never shop with them again!

I am a member and I buy from sportsman guide A LOT. But Do NOT buy if you might have to return the item. I have never ever got a response back from Sportsman Guides Customer Service. Most items I've bought were guns so didn't have issues, but I won't buy anymore clothing anymore.

SG Buyer's Club initiated a $49.99 annual membership that I did not authorize, nor even display interest in. This money-making scheme borders on fraudulent.

Don’t buy from this company they will steal from you and take your money out of your bank account without permission even when you return the junk they send you and are supposed to get a refund their customer service is horrible all they care about is making money off of you and they keep all your information bank details card number and charge you whenever they want and steal your money they are a bunch of thriving scumbags that can’t even respond and face you when confronted nothing but a bunch of cu*ts go to bass pro instead they go above and beyond to make things right

Zero stars if possible. I ordered an item that was not labeled as back-ordered. I made the purchase, and within a few days received an email saying my item was back-ordered. It has been 14 months and I still haven't received my item. I get an email every month asking if I want to "Keep Item"(which just pushes the estimated ship date back another month) or "Cancel Item"(which gives me a refund, but I lose the price at which I purchased the item at). I called customer service and offered to accept a similar item at the same cost and they said no. This is the first time I have used Sportsman's Guide, and it will be the last. They will get zero business from me going forward.

This place is a effing joke! They keep wanting you to cancel order after waiting a full year. They know they can make more selling the bullets I purchased a year ago! Total disgrace for a ammo supply store!
