I just received my Bolderton 10" 800 Thinsulate boots. They are replacing my Cabela's 800gm boots that I had for over 5 yrs. They were my go to boots for I worked outdoors in all weather conditions esp below 20 degrees, they are best up but still serve it's purpose. The new Bolderton boot are durable full grain leather, waterproof and breathable, yet stylish. I'm retired so these boots won't get abused and will last me for eternity. These boots fit perfectly,true to fit and are rounded in the front so they don't look too big. We just got sub freezing temp in NYC, I don't mind, there is no bad weather just bad clothing. The price of these boots were well over $120, S.G. had these boots for $99 non member,$89 for members. Even a a non member these are a great prt, AMZ has them for $120+tax. Now make these boots in a 6" or an 8" and if not it's ok. People get these boots while they still last or discontinue. That is all, Ric from BKLYN,NY

Placed an order Tuesday, order was at my door Thursday morning. Everything was there. Few small issues. One was that someone packed ammo along side small items and they were smashed. Two was that whomever sizes the surplus needs to take into consideration shrinkage as three hats did not fit me. Had no issue returning the hats and smashed stuff for a refund though. I do not see where others are having such issues, but I am glad not to have experienced them in my last three years in ordering from them. Last time I ordered I spent over $2000 with nearly $1000 worth of MRE's, the day after they arrived the price on each box dropped by $10. I called and they refunded me the difference. They have taken care of me is all I can say.

I have had nothing but great experiences with SG. Sometimes the selections take a while to replenish, but overall I love the experience of buying firearms from them. I do wish they would hurry up and get the Sig P320 X-Five Legion back in stock - its been a long time.

I HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY FOE ABOUT 6-7 YEARS. i HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY ORDERS. If the item didn't fit or was not right it was returned without question. I have never bought ammo from Sportsmans so I do not know about that. I will continue to order from them>

They are very slow with customer service, but they do follow through completely to a satisfactory result. The fine frame is painful but they are reputable and fair

After ordering a couple guns from SG I found out they where not in stock. Maybe I missed something. They didn't bill me until they got them in and I decided to check them out on Trust Pilot. I was horrified. I decided to give them a shot anyway because of the killer prices and I'm glad I did. They sent them out a month earlier than expected. Since then I've bought two more guns, two M4 stocks, 500 rounds, and 11 magazines that shipped immediately. They even refunded me for my membership that I actually used to buy the first two rifles. I'd give em 5⭐s but it bugged me they didn't make it more apparent the guns where out of stock. I don't fully understand all the bad press. Hope I never do.

Know what you are buying! I've had some issues, and every time I've contacted them everything has been addressed - sometimes better than I could have expected. You do need to research what you are buying. Surplus items are not always what you hope. Since you can't examine them as closely when buying online as if in a physical store there is some risk.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and overall have had a good buying experience. The return policy is good and the sales personnel have been helpful. Much of what I wear to work and other outdoor activities comes from Sportsman Guide. Now, I am very disappointed to see they are selling the deadly AR-15 rifle...the choice of mass murderers. I am about to end a 20 year relationship with them because of this.
