Sportsman's Guide is a 3 star company, everyone complains in reviews
People always do reviews when they have problems but never do reviews when things are fine. I use 4 pay all the time and forgot to change my CC info on the sire when my card was stolen and cancelled. Of course I got an email from them stating my card was declined. I uploaded a new card, it was charged and then I called to make sure I still had 4 pay privilege. They had to get a underwriter or whoever to look at it and saw my history of perfect payment on at least $10K worth of items over 2 years and reinstated it. When I call them I can speak to agents pretty quickly and when I buy a firearm it arrives at the FFL in 2-3 days. Only problem I have with them is that they are always out of guns. Major guns too, Desert Eagle out of stock, Steyr Aug out of stock, FN five-seven out of stock, S&W 500 out of stock. I can keep going but the point is they have limited stock and don't resupply. When they are out, they are out. If they had inventory and replenished their stock I would give 4.5 stars if possible.
