I ordered boots from SG. They apparently arrived at my home. However, when I went to collect them, they were not there. I assume porch pirates. I emailed to let them know. They responded within one day to let m know they are shipping out another pair of the boots for me. No issue at all. I am very impressed. This is what honest companies do. Matt

Wow....ordered 1000 rounds of 9 mil. Back in April. They kept pushing out delivery date even though the had ammo in stocks at 10 times the price i locked it in at. Gee thanks. Cancelled order. Wish I could get my membership money back.

I have purchased many items and firearms through sportsmansguide always been sent in a timely manner I have never had a problem with anything that I ordered from them and I've never tried to return manything everything is always as it is seen and the discounts are good and the catalogs are nice to view no complaints here and I have been a member for over 10 years closer to 15 years

This is one of the best online companies for sportsmen that I have ever used. Every order comes in on time and in perfect condition and refunds are handled immediately. Never an issue. I have been using this company for many years and would recommend it to everyone. I would also recommend joining their club, especially if you buy for birthdays and holidays. It will save you more than the membership price.

Haven't had a problem. People complain about bad customer service but I've never had to deal with it because I don't need to cancel orders. Shipping is good. The ads for wine voucher scams, gold investments, NRA membership, and steroids just make it better.
