My purchase was exactly as expected and came in 2-3 days. Very happy with Sports Integrity and I'd use them again.

I was told before that my shipment was protected even if marked delivered and not actually delivered it the u got a contradicting statement saying that was not the case. Horrible customer service

I’m please with the item, which was exactly as advertised and took a week to arrive. The way the item was shipped was disappointing. The ball came in a large cardboard box with one small sheet of bubble wrap—not enough to keep the ball from just flying all around in the box. The ball itself was poorly wrapped in a plastic sandwich bag stuffed in an open cardboard Rawlings box, same as if you bought a new baseball at a sports store. Edit: The bubble wrap wasn’t secured around the ball at all. The box is probably 10x larger than the ball itself and largely unfilled, so nothing is keep the ball relatively stationary. Also, for $400 purchases a sandwich bag isn’t what I expected.

Ordering process was so simple and it was delivered so quickly. Especially with covid restrictions, I was expecting to get the ball weeks from now. The packaging it came in looked a little iffy but the baseball and the autographs on it are in great condition! Was pleasantly surprised. Definitely shopping here again.
