It’s a cool product, but picture is wavy, it’s not flat underneath the glass. It’s also a little bit crooked. The back of the frame is sealed, and I don’t want to mess with it and make it worse. I’ve reached out to someone and did not receive a response back.

Ive ordered quite a few pieces from this site. I was dissapointed in the clarity of the picture, seems distorted and not so clear.

Packaging of the product was loose and falling apart upon delivery. Packing material, peanuts, was loose inside the box. Small scratches were on the frame, but we decided to accept the product as is.

Way overpriced for the quality. I found a similar item, which cost less, and the quality of the jersey was damn near authentic. Do your research, I thought after reading many reviews the product would be better. Very disappointed, hopefully my son doesn't feel the same way on Christmas.

Please send this back for a full refund. What you think may be better quality could be the fact you are referring to a chinese knockoff jersey, which we do not sell. People are fooled by these jerseys all of the time because they do not know what to look for. Feel free to return this now so you can get your son the other one before xmas! Thanks

I purchased a framed Ken Griffey Jr. Jersey. The framing is very nice but the signature is not very clear. The company advertised that the Jersey came with a JSA hologram. Which was true. What they did not advertise is that there is no COA or Letter of Authenticity. I assumed that there was; in that, I believe a reputable company would have listed that fact. Now that I have the item, in order to get a Letter of Authenticity I must bring the item to JSA and they once they visually see the item, I must pay $25.00 to receive a letter of authenticity. Beware when purchasing from this company. They will not tell you if the item does not come with a COA OR LOA. After I received the item with no COA or LOA I contacted the company and they simply responded that the item was advertised with a hologram. After I posted this review, they then gave a more detailed explanation of how the COA was lost. No need to be rude Sports Integrity. Had your initial response been more clear then this post would have modified.

Its very clear in the description that it came with the hologram only. The card for this was lost but for your information, PSA and BAS do not even issue cards any longer. You are more than welcome to send the jersey back to us for a full refund but like i said its clearly stated. You are requesting an LOA which is what they charge $25 for. Your item is already authenticated and has the Hologram. The card doesn't mean anything and that is why PSA and Beckett (BAS) no longer issue them. * I did not mean to be rude I was trying to get to the point to help clarify. I will refund you $25 that you can apply towards the letter.

This picture was suppose to be delivered to another address as indicated in the delivery address. This was a gift for my husband and I didnt want him to see it. Well it was delivered to my billing address, and he accepted the delivery while I was gone. Yes, he seen the box and where it was from, with the words fragile on it. He put two and two together and knew what it was. Its upsetting to me and my kids. It was a father's day gift.

Hello, there was one address on your order - the same shipping and billing address. You control the addresses when you are ordering. After confirming, the item was sent to your "shipping" address on the order.

Quick shipping, and easy checkout. Very High Price for such a low quality item. The only thing of value is the signature. Wished for a higher quality item, it could have been specified better.
