DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered an item on 7/10/21. Received message stating would be notified when shipped. Waited 7 days NO response Email sent to company 7/16 NO response Called company 7/16 NO response FINALLY received return call on 7/19. Told he didn’t even know if he had item. Told me he would check on it and call me back in 30 minutes. 3 hours later I CALLED them back. Stated he had already left for day and for ME to call next day. Called next day and was told they couldn’t find item. RUINED MY SON’S Birthday because it was too late to try and find item elsewhere! Terrible customer service!!!!!
