Shocking company - thieves
I pre-ordered photos. After the event, I was never sent a code to access them, and it wanted me to pay again. They do not respond to messages submitted via their website. There is no number to call. You try to log in to their website and it sends you a 'magic link' that never turns up (and is not in SPAM either). They have stolen £50 from me and I simply cannot contact them. Truly appalling company. Do not use them.
