Very disappointed by quality and number of photos of a recent event (Norseman 2025). It appears that they focus mostly on leaders and don’t stay to take pictures of all finishers. I would advise that you hold off buying any package untill you see exactly what photos they have. If not in top few people it is likely you will be massively disappointed with the quality and number of pictures. Simple summary is, I would not use their service again and I overpaid for average photos.

Pre-payed for a flat, had to manually search for photos as most didn't show up at first. Most of my claims were dismissed without any chance of appeal. So I'm stuck with a handful of photos knowing there are a lot more. Why do I have to pay for a flat if they can't even give me all of my photos? Customer service is not reacting to my requests. To sum it up: Overpriced Bad search function Worse customer service Update 15/08: got my pictures re-checked and approved and finally an answer from customer service. Photos are good-ish. Unfortunately the photographer at the start seemingly left early, no photos from the last start blocks there. Therefore updating to 2 stars.

Price-quality service is fully out of line. No service, very poor search function and excessively overpriced.

Worst photography I've ever seen!! Ive payed in advance for photos from Mozart Run 2025, ive never get worst photos than here! Just 3 places for photos most with cars in the middle. Places didn't show any beautifull landscapes we were running throu(Salzburg is really beatifull). I did't use my coupon, photos are useless. After I've made claime, they've stopped to write me back ...

I took part in an event that already cost around €100, only to find out afterward that they charge extra for photos—€12 for a single image or €24 for the full set (which is only about 5–10 photos). Of course, they push you toward paying the full €24. The photo quality is okay, but I’m honestly too frustrated by the pricing model and overall concept to rate this higher than 1 star. In the end, it feels a lot like overpriced school photos—except this time, I didn’t even want to participate in the first place. Just by signing up for the event, it seems like you automatically give up your rights to how your image is used or sold. It’s not a good experience overall.

Sportograf covered photography for the British Heart Foundation organised sponsored bike ride from London to Brighton on 15 July 2025. Their photographers were located at strategic spots along the route and took multiple photographs. They were superb professional photos identified by the rider number. I was sent about 90 in all for a bargain price of £25! This year their coverage was even better than previous years.
