Acquistate le TX Guide Leather a Maggio 2023 in negozio a Milano, suola scollata ad Agosto 2023 (dopo circa 50km), utilizzo molto attento senza maltrattamenti. Scritto al servizio clienti service 'at' lasportiva.com, nessuna risposta.

Ordered and paid for a jacket, got email to clarify order, that was it, ignored all further emails, stole my money, my bank taking action now, steer clear, complete scam artists and thief's

Over the period of 15 years, I've worn a wide range of LaSportiva shoes, from mountaineering boots to rock climbing shoes. I really liked most of the models I wore, mountaineering boots kept me warm on cold Scottish winter mountaineering trips, comfortable and stiff and technical at the same time. Five stars for the quality, one star off as the customer service is not ideal.

Terrible service. Possibly the worst experience of buying online and trying to return items. They don't make it clear that all deliveries to the UK now have additional duty to pay by you the customer. If/when you try to return items, the have to be sent back to Italy at your cost and then they get stuck in customs. I retuned 2 pairs of shoes that we so small for the sizing i could not get my feet into them, on 16 June, and today on 10 July, I am still waiting for the items to clear customs in Italy and hopefully i might actually get my money back, at least the £315 for the shoes, but not the £73 that FedEx are chasing me for in duty.

Ordered a number of items that were supposedly despatched. I tracked them with the number provided but 'smelt a rat' when there was references to local Sorting Office locations that didn't exist near me. The tracking then stated the items had been delivered to my address with a signature. This was not the case, no items were ever received. I have since tried to make contact via all emails provided on the website and invoice but with no response. Now in the process of raising a charge back claim with my credit card company. Scam site, avoid.

I used my shoes a couple of times and they are already damaged. And they where very expensive. On the website they would want to help me out but the cost are to big. And not worth it. I don’t recommend this brand.
