Twice now I have encountered a stylist that could not trim my bangs at this shop. The second time I booked a person and then made a trip to the shop for nothing. I will actively search for a better fit for my needs. I feel a business should hire people who are qualified to do a variety of hair cut needs.

She always does an excellent job and knows exactly how I like my hair. She is professional, friendly, and very attentive, and I’m always happy with the results. I got on the Web site for the first time. I was inandated with site driven pop ups and I had zero clue how to schedule a cut. It kept saying check in. I'm not fighting a line of people for a cut. I don't know what the hell is going on with that. Won't be going there.
