I had a very bad experience regarding my son; they gave him a terrible haircut. They rushed the process, and my son also mentioned that the young woman was pulling his hair. My husband took him, and honestly, the young woman—who is thin and has short hair—came across as very racist.

I am so glad I found Desiree at the west Pembroke Pines sports clips location in the shops of Silver Lakes.Desi is a fantastic stylist! She takes the time to get to know you then cut/style your hair the way you want it cut,not the routine yeah I hear you and gives you the 15 min in and out. This is my second experience with Desiree as my first dusting as she called it, only because I wanted a very light trim on my long hair.It was such a chill experience, I knew I wanted Desi to continue to cut my hair the way I wanted it to look. Desi also did a fantastic job on my beard,eyebrows,and ear hair. I hope she stays at this convenient location, as I expect to continue my relaxing hair cutting relationship with Desiree.

i made an appointment online for myself and tried to add my kid but the system wouldn't let me. i then called to request the update but was told everything would be fine just bring him in as a walk in. my appointment was for twelve and we were skipped over at LEAST three separate times but serviced. I had received a coupon for free "mvp service" from a friend as it was expiring soon and the people at check out said, "All you got was a haircut today so we will just give you a little discount instead"...for 2 hair cuts plus tip we spent $60+. the lady who cut my hair was friendly but did not listen to my request of how long I wanted my hair cut and there is approximately six inches difference between what was requested and was I needed up with. I did not complain at the moment because you cannot put hair back once its cut and after the relief of having my first haircut in over a year wore off I almost cried at the new length and the experience.

In the Clybourn location, Lucy fixed a botched job and I’m really satisfied. She’s also cut my hair before, very satisfied.

I received an "Ok?" from a worker named Elaina. I should have taken that as my first sign to turn away. When we arrived the entire place reeked of whatever the workers had been eating. One of my sons went with Rownell (or someone sitting in Mesha's chair) and my other went with Elaina. I have, in 8 years of haircuts, never seen my children's hair butchered the way it was. I showed photos and expected there to be notes from previous visits but it seems all of it was ignored. The Mesha chair worker rushed through one of my kids taking no time whatsoever. I was so confused when she said "ok! what do you think?" She was rude about her clear lack of knowledge and/or expertise and said everything she could to try to shift the blame. She tried to tell me my son's hair grows in a pattern that created the bad haircut. Like WHAT?!? She kept trying to overtalk me and shirk responsibility and had absolutely no concern for the fact that she is in the customer service industry. Elaina did a hack job as well but was more polite about it, I guess. One star is FAR too many.

It was frustrating that our scheduled appointment time was not respected, especially since we made the effort to arrive early. Very disappointing experience.
