I got on the Web site for the first time. I was inandated with site driven pop ups and I had zero clue how to schedule a cut. It kept saying check in. I'm not fighting a line of people for a cut. I don't know what the hell is going on with that. Won't be going there.

At the Brick, route 70, Sports clip I was next to get a haircut but got bumped because this woman stylist said " oh this guy, who just walked in, was first but got dropped because he got here past time allowed". How is that my fault? I can tell the way they were speaking that they were friends. I don't register if I'm too far because I know I won't make it in time and get dropped but now I know it doesn't matter. So next time I'll register, if I decide to return, and if I'm dropped, I'll be sure and tell them and get put next in front of everyone. Even though I'm sure they won't do it. Very bad customer service.
