The trainer was unprepared.
The trainer was unprepared for the scheduled sessions. The trainer didn't know how long the sessions were scheduled for or how many individuals would be joining. The sessions were scheduled for 3 consecutive days, for 6 hours worth of time each day. We ended early every day because there was not enough content to cover. The trainer rushed through showing how to do various tasks. The majority of our learning was self led using the microsoft learn labs.

We’re sorry that the Power BI training did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding trainer preparedness, session duration, content coverage, and the level of instructor-led support. This is not the learning experience we aim to deliver, and we are reviewing the session internally with our training and delivery teams. We would appreciate the opportunity to make this right.
