Some of your people, Cali and David Hofmeir were great, and solutions oriented. The ball got dropped in the paperwork process and this would not have come to fruition if you had not interceded. I suggest a training program on your post approval process team. I did not feel welcome or appreciated. All in all, a very good and occasionally frustrating process. I have already referred you. They make sure that every part of the process is complete, they will double check, and will answer any questions you may have. My process took a little bit longer but I was great full for that because they wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with the application.
