It's a scam — once you complete a high-paying task, they’ll simply block you and claim that you used a proxy. They’ll either make money off you or put your payment on hold for 45 days and never pay you

Using a proxy or VPN to access Split Drop is strictly prohibited and violates our Terms of Use. Accounts found doing so will be suspended. If we need to verify a user's transaction with the advertiser—which typically takes between 30 and 45 days—Split Drop will issue payment once the advertiser confirms.
