False Claims About Fast Withdrawals
I had a very disappointing experience with this platform. They advertise fast withdrawals (around 1 day) but that has not been true watsoever . Even as an established user, I’ve experienced extremely long delays...closer to weeks or even a month for a small payout like $10.
They claim that withdrawal times vary by provider, but this isn’t communicated clearly upfront and feels misleading compared to what’s advertised. If delays are going to be that long, it should be stated honestly so users know what to expect.
Overall, the lack of transparency and inconsistent payout timing makes this hard to trust. I would not recommend it unless they significantly improve their communication and actually follow the timelines they promote.
Update to their reply-
Your response is inaccurate. Trustpilot already reviewed my submission after your defamation complaint and restored my review because they determined it did not violate their policies.
I am a real user and had a real experience with your platform. Claiming there is “no record” while also accusing me of coordinated spam is misleading and unprofessional.
I have no reason to fabricate my experience, and I stand by the concerns I shared regarding account handling, withdrawals, and support responses.
Instead of dismissing criticism as spam, you should address the issues users are reporting.

We have investigated this claim and found no record of an account matching these details. This is one of many identical reviews posted by the same individual in a short window.
Notably, we officially requested more information through Trustpilot’s verification process, and the reviewer failed to provide any proof of a real experience.
To date, Splitdrop has paid out over $1.3M in rewards to our members. We encourage anyone reading this to look at our verified, organic reviews from users who successfully earn and withdraw daily.
We remain committed to transparency and will not let a coordinated spam attack distract from our track record of successful payouts.

Misleading Multi-Site System Led to Account Flagging and Payment Holds
This platform is extremely misleading and lacks transparency.
I signed up on what appeared to be two different websites, only to later find out they are actually connected to the same backend system. The sites have different branding, but your login works across both, which is never clearly disclosed.
Because of this, I unknowingly completed offers on both, thinking they were separate platforms. After earning money legitimately, they flagged me for having a “second account” and placed my withdrawals on hold.
If these sites are connected, this should be clearly stated upfront. Instead, users are allowed to sign up, complete offers, and only then get penalized after earnings are generated.
They also give conflicting information:
- FAQ says withdrawals take 1–3 days
- Support says holds can last weeks or require advertiser approval
This creates a situation where users take all the risk, while the platform can delay or deny payouts after the fact.
Overall, very confusing system, poor transparency, and not a trustworthy experience. I don’t recommend.

Banned for no reason and ignored by support
Honestly, I'm really disappointed with Splitdrop. My account got suspended out of nowhere for "VPN usage". The funny thing is, I didn't even use a VPN. I sent an email to their support team explaining that this is clearly a system error and asked them to check my logs, but they straight up ignored me. Not a single reply. It's really frustrating to get banned for something I didn't do, and even worse when the support team
doesn't even care to answer. Fix this please.

Hi Ada —
The advertiser has reversed all of your offers due to proxy usage. This aligns with what our fraud prevention systems detected: your account was accessed through a proxy service, which is not permitted under our Terms of Use. While this is different from a VPN, proxy connections are treated the same under our security policies.
We also identified multiple accounts associated with you, which is a separate violation of our Terms of Use.
For security reasons, our suspension messages are intentionally generic and do not disclose specific detection methods. However, in this case, we wanted to clarify that consistent proxy access and multiple accounts led to a high risk score on your profile and ultimate suspension decision.

Won’t even let me sign up
Won’t even let me sign up, I have already tried two different emails. It said, Email already registered. When I attempt to reset password of said account it says, Unauthorized or failed to send email. I’ve never used this website ever! I’ve never made an account on it before!

Offerwall Released Reward but Platform Still Refuses to Pay
I completed a paid offer requiring a $500 deposit and provided full proof (receipts, timestamps, and transaction IDs).
The offerwall provider (AdGate Media) already validated and released the reward on their end. However, SplitDrop is still holding my withdrawal for over 42 days.
Their responses keep changing:
- First it was “validation period”
- Then “chargebacks”
- Now additional delays despite proof and offerwall approval
If the offerwall already released the reward, there is no legitimate reason to continue withholding payment.
This raises serious concerns about how they handle payouts and whether delays are being used intentionally.
I have given them a final opportunity to resolve this before escalating to BBB, FTC, and payment processors.
I will update this review based on how they handle this situation.
---
UPDATE AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE:
The company responded publicly, but their explanation still does not address the core issue.
They referenced “reversals” from other offers. Those were separate offers (Besitos) where multiple goals were triggered simultaneously due to how the game mechanics work (for example, wagering and spending requirements completing at the same time). That situation is unrelated to this current offer.
For THIS specific offer:
- I completed all required steps
- I made the required $500 deposit (proof provided)
- The offerwall provider (AdGate Media) has already validated and released the reward
Now they are stating the payment may be held until May 1st for “advertiser approval,” even though the offerwall has already confirmed completion.
This creates a clear inconsistency:
If the offerwall already released the reward, there should not be an additional extended hold beyond that point.
Bringing up unrelated reversals does not change the fact that this specific offer was completed, verified, and approved.
I am still waiting for a resolution and will continue to update this review.
ADDITIONAL CONTEXT:
When I first signed up, support themselves acknowledged that I was earning quickly and even provided guidance about account settings and how offers are tracked, including ways to avoid being flagged incorrectly.
This is important because it shows I was acting in good faith and following the platform’s own guidance.
Now, those same behaviors are being referenced as “suspicious” or used to justify delays and reversals, which is inconsistent.
I followed the process as explained by support, completed the required steps, and provided full proof.
This makes the current reasoning for withholding payment even more unclear
UPDATE – ACCOUNT SUSPENDED, PAYOUT NEVER RECEIVED
After my previous review, the situation has escalated further.
• My withdrawals were never actually paid out — they were canceled/reversed and reissued, not completed
• While the offers were still under “advertiser review” (not rejected), my account was suddenly suspended
• This happened before any final determination from AdGate was provided
At the same time:
• I was asked to remove or update negative reviews
• Then told my account could be suspended if I didn’t comply
• Shortly after, the account was in fact suspended
This creates a serious concern:
The platform is requesting review changes while funds are still unresolved, then restricting account access entirely.
Regarding their justification:
They are now citing “multiple accounts” and “reversals,” but:
• The specific offer in question was completed, tracked, and initially credited
• No direct evidence tied to THIS conversion was provided before suspension
• I was previously told the case was pending advertiser review — not confirmed invalid
Key issue:
If an offer is still under review, suspending the account and removing access to pending funds before a final decision is made raises fairness concerns.
Current status:
• Account: Suspended
• Payouts: Not received
• Final advertiser decision: Not provided
I am now documenting this externally and will update based on any official written response or resolution.

We thoroughly investigated this matter and confirmed that the user operated multiple accounts in violation of our platform policies. In addition, every transaction associated with the account was reversed by advertisers, leaving no valid earnings to support a payout. Despite this, we issued a $100 payment in good faith and ultimately absorbed the loss ourselves.
The same individual has since posted six separate 1-star reviews on Trustpilot in an apparent attempt to damage our reputation.
To date, Split Drop has paid out more than $1.3 million in rewards to legitimate members. We encourage anyone reading these reviews to consider the overwhelming number of verified, organic reviews from users who successfully earn and withdraw funds every day.
We remain fully committed to transparency, fairness, and protecting the integrity of our platform. Coordinated spam or retaliatory reviews will not overshadow our proven history of successful payouts and positive member experiences.

VORSICHT
Bitte bleiben Sie diesem unseriösen Unternehmen fern!
