Thank you for your feedback. Your recent withdrawals were placed on hold because our security system detected unusual activity on your account, including connections from multiple countries. As a result, additional verification is required before those withdrawals can be released. To date, you've been paid over $150, and only a small amount is currently on hold pending advertiser approval. If you'd prefer not to wait for the advertiser verification process, you can complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Once your identity has been successfully verified, we'll release the hold on your latest withdrawals. To begin the KYC process, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected]. We're also continuously working to improve the platform and appreciate all user feedback. If you have any questions about your account or the verification process, we're happy to help.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're pleased that we were able to resolve your withdrawal and ensure you received your payment. Split Drop takes account security and fraud prevention seriously. When our fraud detection systems identify activity that requires additional review, we conduct a thorough investigation before approving withdrawals. This process may involve reviewing technical information, asking additional questions, and discussing our findings with the member. We understand that these reviews can sometimes be frustrating, particularly when fraud detection or account verification is involved. However, our decisions are based on the available evidence and our published policies—not personal opinions or emotions. Our goal is to apply those policies consistently and fairly to every member while protecting both legitimate users and our advertising partners. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.
